The Art of Science Fiction 023: Matias Murad

Matias Murad
is from Sweden and if you look at his list of clients you’ll see a host of big names like Applibot, Autodesk, Cadillac, Indian Motorcycle, and Trisun Games. You’ll even find his work on the History Channel. He’s clearly popular but then there is no denying his talent.

However,  getting information about this artist was not such an easy task. What I do know at the time of writing this piece is that he is a digital artist, painter, and concept artist. And that is all.  I suppose his art will tell us all we need to know about him.

As usual, each image links to the site of origin. Enjoy!

*Cough* Ahem…

The last two images hint towards These Broken Worlds and ‘Interspecies’, in case you wondered, even though they are clearly fantastical in subject matter and setting.

Talking about ‘Interspecies’, please watch this space as I will very soon reveal our cover artist for the anthology and show you some of his awesome work. All I can say at this stage is… Nothing!

Ha! You’ll have to wait for the post.

Woelf Dietrich

Woelf Dietrich mostly writes tales of dark fantasy and the supernatural, which is maybe not such a far cry from his lawyering days. Sometimes he writes other things. He resides in New Zealand with his wife and kids and a dog.
