Art of Science Fiction is back this week with sleek and shiny and minimalistic design ideas for vehicles of the future. Eric Lloyd Brown is a Concept Designer from Los Angeles and has been working in the entertainment business for over 15 years dabbling in a number of artistic and technical disciplines.
Eric started his artistic career by creating miniature effects work and set construction on movies like Alien: Resurrection and Titanic. During that time he also contributed his talents as a conceptual illustrator and designer. He ended up doing animation work and later became one of the designers on Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within as well as projects like Invader Zim for Nickelodeon Animation and TRON: Uprising for Disney Studios.
His work has been published in an array of publications, most notably in Expose 10, ALIEN: The Archive and 3D Artist magazine. We have collected a few of Eric’s designs below for your viewing pleasure.
We hope you enjoyed this week’s artist. If you want to know more about Eric or see more of his work, simply click here.
