Art of Science Fiction 084: Klaus Wittman

Polish concept artist, Klaus Wittmann realizes ideas for the movie industry and he is kinda good at it, too. He currently works as a freelancer for Axis Animation and MPC.

Below is a small sample of his work. Each image links back to the gallery of origin. Enjoy!

From Star Wars to cybernetic vampires, Klaus’ concept work is deeply imagined and wholly captivating. Although 3D modeling can result in some awesome and realistic concept designs, I personally favor the more classic art of illustration and thus Klaus’ work, for me at least, captures that excitement I like so much. A truly gifted artist I hope to see more of in the near future.

Woelf Dietrich

Woelf Dietrich mostly writes tales of dark fantasy and the supernatural, which is maybe not such a far cry from his lawyering days. Sometimes he writes other things. He resides in New Zealand with his wife and kids and a dog.
