I’m fond of using “tangerine” as a descriptor for neon vibrant colors, including a brilliant dawn as it bathes the morning sky in swaths of orange and red. And today I’m reaching for that same tool to describe our artist’s crazy alien creature designs.
Anthony Jones wears many hats. He is an educator, a concept artist, an illustrator, and a director, and for good cause. His art is simply brilliant, both in composition and in concept.
Below are a few samples of his portfolio. Each image links back to the site or origin. Enjoy!
Anthony has been working in the entertainment industry for almost a decade where he contributed his talent to some of the best studios in the industry like Blizzard, Sony Santa Monica, Paramount Pictures, Hasbro Toys, and Western Costumes.
As a part-time instructor and educator at robotpencil.net, Anthony has also been teaching and mentoring young artists and has been doing so since 2010. He’s helped thousands of aspiring artists find direction and lock on to their artistic careers. Anthony follows the mantra “talent is earned, not given.”
Well, there you have it. Share your thoughts below.
Cheers!
