Today’s edition of Art of Science Fiction will blow your socks off.
Freelance concept artist and illustrator, Tierno Beauregard, lives in Paris, France and specialises in matte painting, concept design, and illustration. Although Tierno possesses advanced 2D digital skills, he comes from a traditionally trained art background which strongly informs his current output.
Below is a small collection by this extraordinary artist. Each image links back to the site of origin. Enjoy!
Undoubtedly science fiction, today’s theme feels more like a metaphysical journey. Tierno paints worlds within worlds. An interdimensional tour of things we will never see or experience except maybe in our nightmares. The worlds portrayed here are in stark contrast to our own; slate-colored landscapes devoid of life and color, gigantic black stone shapes strewn over a sea of grey sand, shimmering in the tint of a dying light. It’s simply brilliant.
Whatever your taste in art, there is no denying Tierno’s amazing talent.
Cheers!
