We’re doing something different again this week. Today, we have for you a collection of dystopian and steampunk science fiction. Yes, I know, some people view steampunk as a subgenre of fantasy, but the line is so thin that a slight breeze can push you over that line.
Ignacio Bazán Lazcano, also known as Neisbeis, hails from Argentina and is a freelance concept artist and illustrator currently working with NGD Studios, Applibot, and Fantasy Games. He has also worked with Gameloft, Sabarasa, Timegate, and GlobalFun. Apart from his digital work, Ignacio also loves traditional painting.
Below is a sampling of his work. Each image is linked to the artist’s gallery. Enjoy!
Ignacio’s paintings are vibrant with color and light and detail. If you look at his work you’ll also find a peculiar ambiance there that draws you in. He loves painting epic battles and his art exudes that passion.
And there we go. Let me know in the comments your thoughts.
Cheers!
